Apartment Spain

Moving towards the end of another year and the weather cooling down on the Costa del Sol rentals slow down and we move into a different market.The costa del sol becoms a haven for golfers from January.The region hosts many golf courses including El Paraiso Golf Club the club is only a short distance from Apartment El Paraiso, many golfers have rented the apartment and find the location ideal.Berni's Bar the 19th Hole is another favourite with many players.The Apartment is situated just 10 min...

We would like to thank everyone who has made an enquiry with regards to renting the apartment this year. We have had a busy year so far with over 20 enquiries most of which have been introduced via the Owners Direct website. We have advertised on owners direct for sometime and have been very happy with the service provided, most people looking for apartment rentals in Spain look at the owners direct site first. We look forward to a great summer and advise everyone to book early for next year !

It's been a while since i have posted a blog so apologies for that. I would just like to update everyone with the progress we have made since we last posted. The apartment has been fully refurbished and new furniture installed. The bookings for this year have been the best to date.

This is our Family home in Spain we just ask people to look after our home when they visit. We rented to a person called Ellen Kok a Dutch person who assured us they would look after the place and stole everything we had in the apartment, other owners beware!
